This machine is normally offered within a plant/system where secondary crushing is also present. Due to its high reduction ratio; however, the need for multiple secondary units is normally eliminated.

Due to its excellent control of limiting the upper product size, this machine is an ideal choice for cement plants where the raw grinding is performed by a vertical roller mill or roller press.

THE HAZEMAG APCM – Series Compound Crusher (Primary/Secondary Crusher in One Machine) was developed to avoid the problems and the investment of a comprehensive closed circuit system. The Compound Crusher is an arrangement of two (2) rotors, both turning in the same direction, resulting in a very high reduction of the feed material. The product size, 90% -1”, provides a perfect ball mill feed. Furthermore, the Compound Crusher produces a large percentage of –3/8”, which also reduces the load on the ball mill, resulting in considerable savings of operating costs.

THE HAZEMAG APSE – Series Primary Impact Crusher is ideally suited to crush run of quarry, medium-hard, mildly abrasive materials down to a cubical, well graded product size of 0 – 6 inches (45% passing 1 inch) in a single pass.
