S-Type Drum Rotor

Description

THE HAZEMAG PRIMARY S-TYPE DRUM ROTOR – The S-type rotor (6 row design) is normally utilized for the reduction of lower abrasive, shot rock limestones. As a result of its very heavy duty design, weighing up to 175,000 lbs., the S-type rotor is capable of reducing minus 60” shot rock material. The blowbars are reversible (1 time) for optimum wear life. To facilitate their changeout, an optional hydraulic blowbar removal system is available. This rotor design is normally utilized on the primary impactor models: APP, APPM, APPE, and APCM. A lighter duty version is available for secondary crushing.

B-Type Drum Rotor

Description

THE HAZEMAG SECONDARY (TERTIARY) B-TYPE DRUM ROTOR - The B-type rotor (2 or 4 row design) is normally utilized for the reduction of lower abrasive limestone and for the processing of glass. As a result of its heavy duty design, this rotor is capable of reducing material up to minus 4”. The blowbars are secured to the rotor body by a bolt/nut assembly. They are reversible (1 time) for optimum wear life. This rotor design is normally utilized on the secondary/tertiary impactor models: APS and APSFM/6 row design.

Q-Type Disc Rotor

Description

THE HAZEMAG PRIMARY Q-TYPE DISC ROTOR - The Q-type rotor (4 row design) is normally utilized for the reduction of shot rock limestone, dolomite, recycled concrete, and asphalt. As a result of its heavy duty design, this rotor is capable of reducing minus 36” shot rock material. The blowbars are clamped into the rotor body and secured through a mechanical wedge locking system. The blowbars are reversible (up to 3 times) for optimum wear life. Their rotation or changeout is simplified through the wedge release system and impactor downtime is reduced to a minimum. This rotor design is normally utilized on the primary impactor models: APPH and APSE.

GKH-Type Disc Rotor

Description

THE HAZEMAG PRIMARY GKH-TYPE DISC HYDRAULIC ROTOR - The K-type rotor (6 or 8 row design) is normally utilized for the reduction of higher abrasive, shot rock limestones and dolomites. As a result of its very heavy duty design, weighing up to 145,000 lbs., this rotor is capable of reducing minus 60” shot rock material. Thanks to this exclusive HAZEMAG design, the blowbars are clamped into the rotor body and secured hydraulically. Their rotation (up to 3 times) or changeout is greatly simplified and impactor downtime is reduced to a fraction of other systems. This rotor offers an excellent, economical solution for the primary reduction of higher abrasive materials. This rotor design is available on the primary impactor models: APP, APPM, APPE, and APCM.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

KH-Type Disc Rotor

Description

THE HAZEMAG SECONDARY KH-TYPE DISC ROTOR – The KH-type rotor (4 row design) is normally utilized for the reduction of larger/slabby limestone, dolomite, gravel, recycled concrete, and asphalt. This rotor is an excellent choice and should be installed in the secondary impactor when the primary crusher is a Jaw. As a result of its heavy duty design, this rotor is capable of reducing slabby material up to minus 20”. The blowbars are clamped into the rotor body and secured through a mechanical wedge locking system. The blowbars are reversible (up to 3 times) for optimum wear life. Their rotation or changeout is simplified through the wedge release system and impactor downtime is reduced to a minimum. This rotor design is available on the secondary impactor models: APS, APSM, APK, and APKM.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

GSK-Type Disc Rotor

Description

THE HAZEMAG PRIMARY GSK-TYPE ROTOR – The SK-type rotor (6 row design) is normally utilized for the reduction of lower abrasive, lower strength, shot rock limestones. As a result of its heavy duty design, this rotor is capable of reducing minus 60” shot rock material. Thanks to this exclusive HAZEMAG design, the blowbars are clamped in the rotor body and secured through a mechanical wedge locking system. The blowbars are reversible (1 time) for optimum wear life. Their rotation or changeout is simplified through the wedge release system and impactor downtime is reduced. This rotor design is available on the primary impactor models: APP, APPM, APPE, APCM, and APPH.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

K-Type Disc Rotor

Description

THE HAZEMAG SECONDARY K-TYPE DISC ROTOR – The K-type rotor (4 or 6 row design) is normally utilized for the reduction of limestone, dolomite, gravel, glass, and asphalt. This rotor is an excellent choice for utilization within the secondary impactor when a primary impactor is also being utilized. As a result of its heavy duty design, this rotor is capable of reducing material up to minus 12”. The blowbars are clamped into the rotor body and secured through a mechanical wedge locking system. The blowbars are reversible (up to 3 times) for optimum wear life. Their rotation or changeout is simplified through the wedge release system and impactor downtime is reduced to a minimum. This rotor design is available on the secondary impactor models: APS, APSM, APK, APKM, and APKV/2 row design.
